1. SCHEDULE PICK-UP & DELIVERY

We are passionate to serve World class services to our clients and timely scheduling is our main objective , due to some natural condition it may delay. kindly fill the laundry slip and hand it over to laundry representative. We will not be answerable for the Laundry left with unauthorized person. Uncollected/unclaimed article in Laundry will be safe keeping for maximum 30 days else our Laundromat will not be responsible.

2. SAFE CLEANING GURANTEE

We serve safe cleaning guarantee and follow all safety precautions , don't presume we will remove every stain of your clothes as per professional opinion stain remove may be unsafe due some adverse reaction however our laundry team try to give you spot cleaning.

3. DAMAGE

We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing clothes confined to us and use such processes which are best suited to the nature and conditons of each individual garment, Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tear , corrosion or the development of small holes , we are readily /apparently inform prior to process , In dry-cleaning and laundering we can not guarantee against colour loss colour bleeding, embroidery colour beads, buttons, pasting damages or any kinds of wear and tear and shringake. or arc damage to weak and tender fabrics.

Our liability with respect to any damaged caused by us shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that cloth regardless of brand or condition with an upper limit of Rs. 2000. The compensation can only be redeemed as free service from Alldone Laundromat or our Laundromat can compensate as cash of 5 times of process charge.

4. LOSS OF GARMENTS

We follow Utmost Care in Processing the garments received at our end to avoid misplacement or loss of items. However, there may be instance's when items get misplaced or lost. Or liability with respect to any lost item shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge that regardless of brand or conditon with an upper limit of Rs. 2000. The compensation can only be redeemed as free service from Alldone Laundromat or compensation in cash of 5 times of process charge.

5. COUNTING OF GARMENTS

Please count all the garments during pickup and mention on the slip. We recount the clothes at our processing centre and if there is any mismatch it will be communicated to you. During delivery it is advisable to count all the clothes and report any anomaly immediately , No compaint will be entertained if it is reported after the representative left the place.

6. PRIVACY

We will use your customer information in the regular course of providing serves to you. We respect your privacy and assured that any information given to us will be held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

7. UNDERGARMENT MISMATCH

Undergarment are very prone to breaking of Tag. So we will not be responsible for loss of hanky socks etc.

In case of any discrepancy or undeclared defect, damaged of the garment we will process the order only after verification by the clients.
