These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the website and services offered under the brand AllDone IFB Laundromat, operated and managed by AllDone Asiatic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “AllDone”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing this website or availing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Services
AllDone IFB Laundromat provides professional laundry, dry-cleaning, ironing, shoe cleaning, home textile cleaning, and allied services through company-operated and franchise-operated outlets. Service availability may vary by location.
2. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Ensure garments handed over are free from hazardous items.
- Follow care-label disclosures honestly.
- Collect garments within the notified timeline.
AllDone reserves the right to refuse service if safety, hygiene, or compliance is compromised.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Final billing is based on inspection and service category.
- Payments must be settled at delivery or as per agreed terms.
- Taxes are applicable as per government regulations.
4. Service Limitations
AllDone shall not be responsible for:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Color bleeding, shrinkage, or fabric weakness due to garment quality.
- Damage caused by hidden defects or manufacturer faults.
Customer acceptance of garments implies acknowledgment of inherent risks.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, designs, and trademarks displayed on the website are the exclusive property of AllDone and may not be used without written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
AllDone’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the service value charged for the specific garment. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are expressly excluded.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with courts having authority over the Company’s registered office.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation is not permitted.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
- Proven service error attributable to AllDone.
- Loss of garment under Company custody.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method or store credit.
4. Compensation Policy
In case of irreparable damage or loss, compensation shall be limited to a multiple of the service charge, subject to internal assessment and approval.
COMPENSATION & DISCLAIMER
- Customer shall examine articles for damage at the time of delivery, and notify the same within 24 hours from the date of delivery. The company shall not be responsible for any claims afterwards.
- Discoloration or shrinkage due to condition of the items or unseen material defects are cleaned at the owner's risk.
- Company is not responsible for articles left beyond 15 days from the date of delivery. Storage charges of 25% apply for the next 5 days. After 30 days, the store is not liable for loss or damages.
- Complete removal of stains is not guaranteed and will be processed at customer's risk.
- Company is not responsible for personal items left in garments (money, jewellery, etc.).
- Maximum Reimbursement: In case of loss/damage, Company can reimburse up to a maximum of six (6) times the processing cost or ₹3,000, whichever is lower.
- Warranty for quality related issues is valid for 2 days from delivery (only if the article is unused).
- Company is not responsible for ornaments/jewellery fittings on garments.
- Company is not liable for loss/damage due to Force Majeure (Fire, Burglary, etc.).
